Work on disposal analysis and prepare investment committee memos during the sale process of an asset.This will include variance analysis, comparison of operating history, comparison with underwriting and current trends, compare valuation methodology and raise fair questions/comments etc. Review external appraisals and comment on the reasonableness of the appraisal.Understand various real estate related documentation and prepare cash flow models in excel, Argus/Argus Enterprise.Preparation of various fund, investor and lender presentations.
